NeighborWorks Montana aims to replace old mobile homes

NeighborWorks Montana, a group that works to revitalize declining neighborhoods and provide affordable housing, launched an initiative Wednesday to replace aging mobile homes in the Great Falls area with new, energy-efficient manufactured homes.
